I want a refund.

I quit playing battlefield games years ago because of the cheating. I figured by now they would have it sorted out. I bought BF4 and BFV and have played a few dozen rounds in each. There is a cheater in almost every game. When I asked around about reporting hackers, everyone has the same answer. They have been reporting hackers and nothing gets done about it. It is zero fun when some guy is sitting in the middle of the map shooting through walls getting with a KDR of 200:0. It's pointless to play. Guess I'm back to being done with EA games. Insurgency and Rainbow 6 do a much better job dealing with hacks. Do I request a refund through steam or EA directly?
