Yep. Started about two months ago. I got support chat looking into it, then decided to look to see if my game name had been flagged for some reason. The EA app wanted me to change my totally benign username. 

 

I asked three LLMs if  they could find a way in which my username could possibly be misconstrued as hateful, or obscene, and all three replied that there was no issue with my username.   

That's when I realized there was a problem with EA filter. 

 

Haven't been able to chat in game for 2 months.  I used chat to rally teammates to leave their 1an squads and move up, say gg, etc etc. 

 

Never anything hateful or dangerous outside of pg-13 jokes, etc. 

It's been broken for months. I was resolved to never chatting in game again.
