Summarize your bug When a teammate is in a vehicle to whom you can pass ammo pouches to, you can pass ammo the first time and get resupply points, but you will be infinitely prompted to pass ammo. So, you will be able to infinitely pass ammo but you will not receive any points for it, and the teammate doesn't actually receive any ammo. Your character will show the ammo pass animation though. The same may be true for meds if the player asked for meds before getting on the vehicle.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a teammate be short on ammo, then request for ammo. Have that teammate get on a small vehicle such as a Jeep or similar. Pass ammo to that teammate several times. Do the same with med pouches for teammates in need of health and who have requested (or even not requested for) meds.
What happens when the bug occurs? The first ammo pass will get you resupply points, but you're able to pass subsequent ammo pouches indefinitely.
What should be happening instead? You should only be able to pass ammo pouches once.
