[Information Request] Can't get online bf5

@EA_Aljo  yes it was wirless no way of doing it wired I dont get it cause the 11th absolutely no problem playing the 12th I logged on a bit before noon and I couldn't play since.

XBOX One wired connection. External drive.  Spectrum Cable upstate NY rochester area. Was fine all day Wednesday.  Checked for updates Thrusday - none available. Normal boot up get message cant connect to ea servers- tried several times to connect. reset modem and xbox several times. Contacted ea support see ticket 53938920. Followed all directions also opened required ports on modem. DID NOT WORK>  still down today.

REALLY!!! first a horrendous 5.2 alleged update with numerous issues and after waiting MONTHS to get a classic WW2 weapon the BAR I am offline. BTW COD works fine.

I noticed that you're all using Spectrum for your Internet Provider. Have you had a chance to reach out to them to see if they're currently tracking any issues?

@EA_Kent  I also noticed that also and I dont get it it was perfectly fine the 11th new map now nothing guess there is no other choice but to get a hold of spectrum.

I can't connect to anything ea but I can play cod
