Support does work and it’s absolutely possible to get your missing assignment. Hundreds of players over the past year have followed the same recommended steps and successfully recovered their missing assignments.

Friend, I have submitted more than 10 support tickets, but not a single consultant has responded yet. What do you mean by 'effective'? If they've abandoned Battlefield V, they should shut down the game and its servers completely instead of leaving it in limbo.
