Level 20 Class Challenges Bugged

This is a common issue many have encountered. Once we reach level 20 on any class, the special challenges are bugged, they will not appear for players who bought the definitive edition. The only fix I've heard is that DICE can manually unlock these for you (outfits such as Cannabis, Holy Ghost, Veiled Threat). I've sent out two cases, and all I've received so far is a "fixed" label but no email from EA describing my case, additionally the challenges still have not appeared. What can I do?

  • Hi @captainbruh423 As well as contacting EA Help, it could be worth re-checking the Armory. They might be claimable there if support did already fix it for you.
  • @ElliotLH Appreciate you for getting back to me. Yes I've checked my armory several times in the last 4 days, the challenges are not there. Also, if a case is classified as "fixed" and closed, does support send an email detailing my situation? Because I have not received and email regarding so except for the survey email. Appreciate your help and looking forward to your response.

    @captainbruh423 Usually it does, yes, and you should get an update to your linked email too (the emails also appear in My Cases). That's why I was hoping they'd be in the Armory for you, since they'd still need to be claimed after the problem was fixed. Presumably then the case status is incorrect, given that the assignments still aren’t available to you.

    All you can do, though, is to go back to EA Help. Unfortunately missing items cannot be provided through the forums.

    ETA: there isn't a phone number for EA Help, but you should be able to have a live chat on help.ea.com instead.

Yeah, so unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a live chat option, only email option, and I have not received any emails marked on the case or even in my inbox besides the survey emails. This is especially frustrating because it's 2 cases marked as "fixed" and closed when the issue hasn't even been resolved yet. Worst part is this bug is due to buying the deluxe edition, so I basically paid extra to get the game bugged without knowing. Anyhow, I'll see what I can do, I appreciate your time and help.

    @captainbruh423 The only other thing I can think to suggest right now, other than using an email case, is to fiddle around with the different options on the help site until it give you the live chat option. You might end up having to select something which doesn't match the actual issue, but the agent will be able to record it correctly on their end.
