Lost my stuff

I have a ton of progress like level 250 on my ps4 on BFV. I logged into my ea account on my Xbox and my BF2042 stuff loaded but not my BFV stuff. Anyone know how I can fix this? There’s no way I coul...

@ElliotLH I'm having a similar issue with my account but in my case it is between game pass ultimate cloud and pc game pass. i downloaded the game on pc recently and it isnt showing any of my progress or paid content. it is all still on the cloud version

    Yeah. When I open the game in cloud gaming it had all of my progress and such but when I open the downloaded version it's a completely wiped character

      @poboyle2 If it's the same account then probably not a linking issue, which is what I was initially thinking. I wonder if it'd be worth asking EA Help to take a look?
