Missing Class Mastery Assignments

Well the thing is, I already filed 2 cases on the website with the same exact issue: Missing Support Mastery Assignment I, on 12 Feb, which they kept me waiting for 3 days straight and the customer support, instead of fixing the problem, flagged my case as fixed even though the issue has been fixed yet. And on 15 Feb, I tried again hoping for some miracle but yea, same result. And I swear this whole EA Help, they keep bouncing your problems from an Indian remote worker to another, either these people don't even know what they are doing, or they just don't even bother to fix your case, only if you get really lucky your case might get to someone who actually know how to do their job.

  • Hi @Rapt0r_VN Sorry, but you'll need to go back to EA Help for assistance with this. It's not possible for missing items to be provided through these forums unfortunately as nobody can access your account to provide them or confirm account ownership.

  • Is there anyway to actually get my case resolve besides emailing them because i've been emailing them for a week now, since they don't seem to even bother to respond and just automatically flag my cases as "fixed". I don't think this EA Help resolution will work. And there's also no option for live chat either, can I contact them through twitter or anything, where they actually respond to you in person not some automated messages.

    @Rapt0r_VN Email appears to be the contact method set for that support option. You could try messaging on Twitter (@eahelp), but they will probably direct you back to email.

    ETA: Since the cases you've raised previously have been marked as "Fixed", double check that the missing assessment isn't just waiting to be claimed in The Armory.

  • Just got ghosted again after 3 days of waiting for their email, for the third time. Yep, what an irresponsible and total ignorant customer support service. EA released a buggy mess, it's up to their responsibility to fix the bugs or at least resolve the issues that the players are having that are caused by their game, but they apparently can't even do it either. What an incompetent company, not gonna buy a single game from this company again.

    I have the same problem and i have contacted them at EaHelp and Twitter but no one is answering me anything. First case i opened was 6 months ago .. It stands there for a while and no one answers my mail and it just gets closed. No one responses in twitter also.

    @Nakke666 You'll just need to keep trying and keeping an eye on your inbox in case they're replying but their messages are being marked as junk. However, for swiftness it may be worth trying different options on the EA Help site and trying to get a live chat.
  • I'm in exactly the same situation. After 2 weeks of trying to contact them, nothing seems to work, so I gave up. If anyone finds something, please let us know. It seems like EA support isn't even bothering to try to help.
