Missing content and being ignored
I've spent days trying to get through to ea help and it keeps telling me the best thing they can do to solve my problem is to talk to me on the phone. However there is no option to do so. There's no phone number and no way to get them to call me. Just a "go back" button. Now i've been trying to get ahold of them on Twitter for several hours today yet still nothing. I've been checking their page regularly and they've been responding to everyone else within minutes. Its really starting to feel like they've just taken my $30 and are now ignoring me. I just want the stuff I paid for

There have been some changes to the EA Help contact options due to the current global situation. I'm afraid that phone support is not available for the time being, but chat should still be an option.
If you're having trouble setting up a case through the EA Help site you can also try reaching out via Twitter or Facebook as well.
