    For any missing guns please reach out to EA support, we have worked with EA support and they should be able to help you out with any missing guns, assignments and combat roles. 
     
    Ranking up your class in the game should help you out on any missing guns but if that doesn't work contact EA support! 🙂

EA Help is not able to do anything this time. I guess we have to wait a couple days or weeks again for this to be fixed. Funny how they said the last time, this problem is fixed, but it obviously is not. Or they used some old code for the update without thinking about it...

I contacted them and they told me to reach level 20 to unlock my level 13 gun, it's stupid some people did it on reddit and received absolutely nothing. They're just trying to make me play the game without fixing my issue. 

I can't believe these guys are this incompetent, having a bug in such a crucial point of the game, it's crazy

    Same here, opened three tickets, they gave me solutions. None of them worked, and now i cannot open other tickets. Dice, please. I payed my money for a game i want to play, not let gather dust.

    Summarize your bug I reached level 11 of the recon class but i cannot equip certain things such as the throwing knife because I apparently require to be level 9 despite the fact i am well over this level. I also cannot switch to the other sub-class of the recon class in game despite being able to in the main menu.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea.
    What happens when the bug occurs? I don't receive any new rewards for leveling up my recon class.
    What should be happening instead? I should be getting my rewars.

    I tried to restart the game, Origin and my internet router but nothing works.
