Missing special class assignments on all classes[PS4]

I never received my class assignments for hitting rank 10 or 20 in my classes. I’ve been playing for a little bit and I didn’t notice until I was missing the content from the rank progression for the classes. I just wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue because I saw on Reddit that people got this fixed fairly quick.

I have the same problem too. Im playing on Ps4 console and I have never recieved non of my mastery fo classes. Im already lvl 20 on all of them.

@BLEACHNEROIST As mentioned in the accepted solution, you will have to contact EA support, to unlock your assingments.

There no way to contact them. Says my case closed but its still has the problem. It just keeps bringing me back here.

@BLEACHNEROISTI did experience that before. Sometimes, if a support staff member does not know how to fix a problem, they are fast to close a ticket. Just create a new one. There should be a button for that.
