Missing stats and levels.

I'm in ps4 and two days ago, I was level 89. Today I'm level 69 and it seems my stats have been reset. I have no idea why. Some stuff are the same and others have been put back in time. What does this mean? I dint do anything.

Have you had any luck with this issue having the same problem

me too on PS4. Level drops Saturday for me, and all my classess and statistics. My assault rank for example begins from  "0" again and all other classes drops from 20 to 10 level. Sniper drops to 1, tanks , planes,.... arghhhh. I think now i waste my time with this game. 

Some strange ocurred Saturday because in my PS4 i receive a message Saturday at 11:08 GMT +1 about new chapter V of BF and then drops my progress.

Hope DICE/EA solve this issue soon. Begins again is frustrating.....

What should be happening instead? restore my real stats and progress earned.

What should I do?

@mySimpleHappened to me as well, not sure if it happened yesterday (sat 9th nov) but that was the first time I noticed it. Haven't had any class/vehicle ranks decrease just my overall rank. Quite annoying as now I have to rank up 5 times or so to get back into the 3000 CC per rank awards (starts from lvl 70 I think). This is on PS4 btw.

Also have Rank level loss and missing Statistics information.  Dropped 22 rank levels from 88 to 66 and am missing significant statistical information in all categories (kills, deaths, dog tags taken, time played, etc.).  Information went missing Saturday 9, 2019.

Same for me! Overall rank and class ranks dropped seemingly over night...

EA needs to fix this!
