My BFV account was mistakenly banned.
I didn't cheat, but my EA account was inexplicably banned.

If you haven't already done so, please follow these steps to create an appeal and the Terms of Service team will take another look at the impacted account. If you've submitted an appeal and had already received a reply before this point, please feel free to submit a new appeal.
After submitting an appeal, you can keep an eye on the status of the appeal(s) here. If it says 'Transferred' or 'Waiting on Studio,' then the appeal is still being investigated and has been passed along to the right team for the case. Please avoid resuming the appeal(s) until you receive a response to prevent any additional delays.
