Not getting company coins

I've already contacted support but I have not gotten any Company coins, since level 8.  The game owes me at least 5k

    If you both purchased the Definitive Edition then there's a known issue where ranking up doesn't award CC. It usually resolves itself by rank 21, but I don't believe the game will reward anything in retrospect.
