Open Case for EA support
Hey
I have an open case that I sent EA 2 days ago to fix the special class lvl 20 asigments that are missing and it seems like the case is "Frozen". When I go to my cases it asks me to resume my case and when I do so, nothing happens. It takes me to the general help section.
And it also says "Waiting On Player" for some reason.
