Open Case for EA support

Hey

I have an open case that I sent EA 2 days ago to fix the special class lvl 20 asigments that are missing and it seems like the case is "Frozen". When I go to my cases it asks me to resume my case and when I do so, nothing happens. It takes me to the general help section. 

And it also says "Waiting On Player" for some reason.

  • Hi @ashmouz2 The "Waiting on Player" status means that they've sent you a message and are awaiting a response from you. It might be worth checking your verified email account in case you've missed a message from them. The message they've sent should also appear in the case details.

    I checked everywhere and I cant find any answer from them nowhere.

    When I open the case it just shows the email that I sent them.

    @ashmouz2 In that case it might be worth trying a slightly different support option to get a live chat.
