PC Battlefield 5 High CPU usage, Low GPU usage 2022

Hi, players I'm still having issues with low GPU usage. Even with all graphical settings at low I'm not able to run the game smoothly. I would like to run the game at least with the vsync activated and with the motion blur at 100%.  

My PC specs are:

- I5 9600k

- RTX 2070 super

- 16 GB RAM

Some of the things I tried

- Uninstall the game 

- Performed a clean driver installation

- Performed a disk testing (which passed all tests)

- Reinstall windows

Any solutions are accepted. Thanks
