[PC][EAAC] BFV Permanent Ban Appeal - Requesting Manual Review

Hello EA team, I am writing to request a manual review of my permanent ban on Battlefield V.

Account Info: Platform: PC (EA App) | Current EA ID: AchengHua666 | ID at time of ban: NewB_Hua | Ban Date: January 2025. I changed my ID after submitting my second appeal; the ID at the time of the violation was NewB_Hua.

Previous Appeals: I submitted two appeals via EA Help. I received a confirmation email for the second appeal over a month ago but have not received any further update since.

Why I Believe This Is a False Positive: I want to present my gameplay data. My account "NewB_Hua" is publicly visible on Battlefield Tracker. My overall KD is around [0.51] —stable over time with no abnormal spikes. My matches before the ban (January 2025) show normal performance consistent with my historical average.

My Request: Could the team please check the specific match and timestamp that triggered the ban on "NewB_Hua", and compare that match against my overall historical data? If a specific program was flagged, please let me know so I can avoid it in the future. I have been playing Battlefield since [BF1] and have invested hundreds of hours in the franchise. I am only asking for a human second look at my case. Thank you.

    Sorry to hear you’ve been dealing with this for so long.

    Unfortunately, bans and appeals can’t be reviewed or handled here on the forums. If you already have an appeal case open, I would suggest waiting for that case rather than canceling it and starting over.

    If you still haven’t received any update after more time has passed, you could try following up again through the support team

    Yes, as danisoff​ mentioned, in this situation it may be worth trying to submit a new case.

    However, it has already been a month. I suspect that my current EA ID may not be retrievable

    I would wait for a response from the ToS team, sometimes it can take up to 14 days.

    Hi danisoff

    I currently have an open case in progress and am unable to submit a new appeal. Should I cancel the existing case in order to start a new one? Would canceling it negatively impact the processing of my case, or would you recommend that I simply continue waiting?

    Nobody can assist you with bans on the EA forums, your only option is to start a new appeal case. Everything else will be handled by the EA ToS team.
