Re: My BFV account was mistakenly banned.

Hey EA team,

Today (January 11th), I launched Battlefield V and was suddenly hit with a permanent ban for "using unauthorized methods to improve game performance."

I've been playing BFV since release, and it's literally the only game I always come back to, even after trying BF2042 and now BF6. I've never used hacks, cheats, or any third-party software. Ever.

I'm also just an average player. My stats aren't even good: I have a 1.6 KD and I lose most of my matches. So it honestly makes zero sense that my account would be flagged for cheating.

Servers: Brazil / LATAM

What hurts the most is that I've always played fair, while real cheaters are still out there ruining matches every day, and somehow my account gets permanently banned.

I'm asking for a manual review. I'm willing to provide any info needed.

    Actually you could IMAGINE people already have opened tickets for this since this is a Mass bann that is obviously Rigged. They just keep us banned because they don't care about their players, never did, never will.

    If you were not doing anything against the community guidelines, then there is nothing you should worry about EscoUnbanned_GER​.

    As I have said, bans are handled by the ToS team, nobody can assist you on the forums with bans.

    Are you serious right now? I will talk for myself since I don't know if other really cheated or not. I did not use cheats, macros or anything weird to get an advantage, ever. 
    My appeal was rejected, can you imagine!? They don't care about this game anymore. It would be a waste of money to investigate my ticket and the others as well. 
    Can I be worried now?
