Ping gone crazy. what do. send help

My buddy is having a strange problem. We will go to play a match in Multiplayer. I'll look at the list of standard servers in breakthrough or conquest and see 5 or 6 with like 34 ping, and then 3 or 4 with like 74 ping. He'll look at his list and see the same 3 or 4 servers with 74 ping will be there, but then the other 5 or 6 servers for him will have 150+ ping.

We have tried switching his routers with different ones, checking for modem updates, checking game files, turning off other devices on the network, a technician even came out to his house and checked everything was good on their side. Nothing worked. 

He is not using DX12, he tried future frame rendering, and all the other tips that I can find online. We did speed tests and he was getting 11ms ping, 400mb/s download, 20mb/s upload. Other games don't cause have any issues. He also is able to play combined arms without any issues.

This issue only started a few weeks ago. He had played the game for a couple months beforehand without having these issues.

    @EA_Atic I believe he’s tried all the troubleshooting in that list. I’ve asked if he’d pop into forum. But none of the troubleshooting helped.

    One of my clansmen has a similar problem. When he first logs into BFV his ping will be a steady 200-230. After an hour or two it will drop back down to the 30 range. He has gigabyte service. He traces out his route and it is an EA issue.

    What connective set up does he have at home? @AbysmX93

    @CrazyOne_F8S we are not currently tracking any issues on our side. For most of the network issues, that we are seeing it's network hubs that you are getting routed to are having issues.

    if the route from the player to the server is great up to the last hop then that would imply @EA's connection to the internet. @EA_Atic if this is the case, who has submitted trouble tickets with ISP and why have they not been fixed. While we are at it, why has the chat filter AI not been disabled since it is impacting so many players. In fact the AI filter will cause my game to crash because it prevents me from sending messages.
