Playstation Plus Membership Bug on Battlefield

Im trying to play battlefield 5 but every time i click multiplayer it sends me straight to the playstation plus membership screen. I already have ps plus so its quite confusing, what should i do? Sat...

    Hey there, 

    When you've got the chance can you try restoring the licenses on your PlayStation to see if that helps? 

    You can find more info on how to restore the licenses at the PlayStation Support website.

I have the same problem with BF1. Reset licenses and still nothing. I have a current ps plus membership.

Hey @suberban_defect, 

Do you have any other PSN IDs on your console? If so, what happens if you try playing BF1 on a different account? I'm curious if you run into the same error message on all accounts on your console, or if it's just one in particular.
