Type 2A is only good for close combats.. I'm playing with it and for middle or longer ranger it is not useful.. SMG's have to behave like this and you can easily beat Type 2A with STG..
Yes it is giving new players a better weapon but if you are better and clever, you can still outplay this weapon. 🙂
