Problem battlefield 5

Hello, I have an issue with the installation of the game on ps4  it bloque like you see on the picture  Somebody help me please!!??

Hello mmo21big​,

If your game is stuck on 1%, then you should restart the download/install process. The issue should be resolved after that.

    I deleted the game, reinstalled it, download the update 1.38 but still stuck in the same issue help
