Progress reset to 0

Loaded up BFV tonight and all my progress, character progression, and item unlocks/elite skins were completely wiped from my profile on Xbox. Asked an advisor and was told it would be presented to the team to investigate. Any way to fix it even?

    @OraleMundo For this kind of thing you'd probably need to wait to hear back from EA Help. I don't think this'll be something you can fix yourself.

    Sadly why I posted here, used the account linked to console. Was told previously merged  accounts wouldn’t cause this, don’t have much faith in it ever being fixed. Thanks though for an answer.

    @OraleMundo For this kind of thing you'd probably need to wait to hear back from EA Help. I don't think this'll be something you can fix yourself.
