(PS4) Game dowlands but does not run
After/Before dowlanded The game there is a cross on it and does not open and eveytime i reset the ps4 or re-instert the disc it starts to re-dowland
How to fix PS4 error CE-30005-8 1. Check your disc
Make sure that your disc is not scratched or damaged. If it has specks of dust or dirt or even fingerprints on it, take a soft, clean cloth and use it to gently wipe the disc.
2. Disable mods
Some gamers confirmed that disabling recently added mods helped them fix this error code. While this solution may not work for all users, it is worth trying it out.
3. Rebuild the database
Press and hold the power button to turn off the console.
Now, press and hold the power button again until you’ve heard two beeps (it should take about 10 seconds).
Connect the controller using the USB cable > press the PS button on the controller.
The Safe Mode window show now be available > select option 5 Rebuild DatabaseThis workaround helps you create a new database of all the content stored on your console. Keep in mind that the whole process may take a while, depending of the number of saved items.
4. Reinstall the problematic game
If this error occurs only when you try to launch or save a particular game, chances are that there’s something wrong with that particular title (most likely missing or corrupted files).
In this case, the best solution is to delete and re-install the game.
- Save your game data on an external storage device.
- Navigate to the the problematic game > delete it and then re-install it
- Go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management to restore your save data from the storage device.
