@iluminatetheskyright update.
Xbox Support weren't able to help either, essentially they were saying that on there system it was a straight game purchase not a pre-order so didn't qualify for the 'Enlister Offer'... even though my console showed the game as a pre-order on the 13/11/18.
My plan is to wait until the 20th as that's what EA seem to think it might be and go from there.
I have also found it for sale online for a few quid if all else fails. Here's the link for anyone interested.

Another update @iluminatethesky
It was general release day today and still nothing, as I expected...
As I got the furthest with EA support and it was they're suggestion to wait until today. I shall get back on to them tomorrow.
Another update to follow! 👍
As far as I know, you should have access to it, as long as you pre-ordered the Deluxe before November 15th.
However, I'm not sure if there was a cut-off date for the Enlister Offer, being so close to the Release Date.
But, hopefully this gets resolved for you, thanks for keeping me updated.

@iluminatethesky that's what I figured as well but nothing as of yet.
I pre-ordered it in October, and downloaded it before the 15th so no idea mate.
I would imagine they're might have a cut off date but if there was it wasn't made very clear. Feeling a little robbed at the moment.
No worries mate, I'll see how I get on tomorrow.
Hey @Fender6745,
Have you logged into your Account, and tried downloading the Enlister Offer from this site?
Also, if you scroll down a bit, it shows individual links for everything that's included in the Enlister Offer.
Try this, and let me know if it works.
Thanks 🙂
