Did you buy the game directly or did you play it though Origin Access / EA Access?

You didn't attach a screenshot of your issue so it is just a guess but it could be related to that - if you had it via a subscription before and want to go to the owned version you might have to find that version in your library.

    Hi carbonic. Thanks for reply. I bought the game with cd

     key. And played it via origin.

    Thanks a lot. I have searched anyplace i could inside my origin app and website. Ok I will contact EA help.
