Try the following below to see if that helps get you into Multiplayer.
- Power cycle your Xbox One
- Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.
- Check your Xbox account to make sure you have an active Xbox Live Gold membership

What Nat type do you have and can you share your UO Trace?Darko

If everyone is having the same issue then it is not the user. It is on EA’s end. Fix the bug. We didn’t pay 70 dollars for a game so we could look at a screen that says “missing multiplayer privileges”
I have done all the steps and stil no luck
