I am having the same problem. I have made it to level 8 and haven't unlocked any weapons and haven't collected any credit for leveling up. Please help!

I bought the game last week, and class weapons and items were unlocking for the first few ranks but recently nothing has been unlocking. Tried the origin cache delete directions, but it didn't make a difference. At the end of rounds I've been getting "could not fetch your report" errors.

Im also Having the issue as of yesterday. Purchased the game on sale, and havent been able to unlock the M1907 for the Assualt class or anything after that. I am currently lvl12 in Assault and still have no weapons other than the two starting weapons. They are all unlocked but cant use any of them, all blocked. PLS send halp!!

I'm level 6 on sniper and it still hasn't unlocked

Yes, same issue, cannot unlock weapons or level up my classes, this company is literally USELESS

I have the exact same issue as you but it was with the stuka and everything from rank 5 and up on every class

@WoIfieeeI submitted a support ticket @EA. Im a bit suprised that this issue is still there. After more than 8 months. This isnt funny any more. Thats a typical case of ea's caring about their games. @EA_Atic can u give us some information about that?

Same for me when I level up my support to rank 11. I can’t unlock the AP mine to use.

I just bought the game this week after having played BF3 & 4 for years. I'm rank 9 Recon and I haven't unlocked the Gewehr 95M yet, which I was supposed to unlock at rank 6... 

Also I'm rank 10 support and still have't unlocked the Bren gun yet, supposed to have unlocked it at rank 8. 

What an absolute joke. 

What's the point in even playing the game when all the customisation is crazily overpriced with company coins(6000 cc to change the camo of your uniform to suit the map/envrioment!) and then to top it off in order to get company coins you have to complete assignments and specific tasks in games, oh wait they don't register and count your progress because that's broken too. So the only thing that you can easily progress towards, weapons, and unlock just by playing the game casually(I.E. you aren't going out of your way into crazy/stupid scenarios to "kill 3 enemies with 1 grenade whilst capturing objectives") isn't possible because you don't get rewarded with the weapons as you progress because the game is broken and they don't care about fixing it because they know some people get angry at these problems and then the only option left is to buy their items/weapons with real money through micro transactions. Please fix this! ALL OF MY SPECIALIZATIONS AND GUNS IM UNLOCKING ARE LOCKED. It started with the Stg and now everything i unlock even grenades is do the "Available Next Round" glitch. Im only level 17 so this is a major issue because i havent unlocked a majority of things. I just bought the game new, why sell it for 40 dollars at most major retailers when its bugged and been out for a while. PLEASE FIX THIS OR HELP ME ERASE MY BF5 PROGRESS SO I CAN START OVER.

i have just started playing the game yesterday and am not pleased about how I have not unlocked a single item of weapon other then the default classes.

can someone help

Going to EA Support, is pointless. (They used to have a way of going into your account/their server side information and unlocking it for you, but no longer can do that.)

Sony Support said the same thing, except when I requested a refund to my account, I was told that it is past 14 days and not possible.

The game is defective, the Issue has been known since November 2018, neither company can be bothered to Fix or address the issue.  What they can do is bury any YouTube videos and Google searches so that the problem is not widely discussed, known about easily, thus not hurting their bottom line or ability to take your money. If I had known about this, I would have bought a different game.

Complaining on their own forums will not produce anything in the way of public shaming them into saying there is a major problem with their product or a time-table for an actual fix.

@EA_Atic I bought the game on thursday and played it all day yesterday and Friday I am currently a level 14 medic and the only thing I've gotten was the suomi I should have the mp40 the emp and much more but I return to my armoury to see "no shipments available" and my company says "available next round" then I play a few more games and still nothing 

Lvl 14 still no STG. Even lost the 2,000 company coin after leveling up. Please fix. @EA_Atic 

Nothing fixed, still not unlocking weapons...

I unlocked SOME thinghs but not all things i should've.
