Re: Cannot Unlock Throwing Knife
Hello. As I mentioned above, I have already contacted EA support 3 times. Today alone, I actually spent 2.5 hours on the phone waiting to get connected with the technical support team (after they transferred me from customer service).
They could not fix the issue after talking to them. They asked me to open a bug case here. They said, specifically, that in their system the Throwing Knife does not show up for them and they are not able to add it to my inventory.
This is actually kinda crazy.
@EA_Atic any ideas here? I know it's mentioned in the "End of round reports" recent server-side update that progression was being tracked and leveling up would unlock the missing items. This is not been the case for me unfortunately.
