Solutions were among other things to delete the test version. If not work, please contact Xbox Support so that you can delete the test version.
Thanks bro, but I've already told u that I'm not a trial player, and I've already uninstalled then reinstalled again, and that didn't work too.- x--Fusi--x4 years agoSeasoned Ace
You can see on your screenshot
This content is not available to you as a Battlefield 5 TRIAL playerSo the game thinks you are a trial player.
The link I gave you is called
[Xbox One] Game thinks I'm a trial player

I know bro, but I can't find the solution in the link you gave me and it's like 50+ pages to read I'd rather study than flipping those pages :D- x--Fusi--x4 years agoSeasoned Ace
@A_al_K_pacino_AClick on page one. Wherever the solutions are marked. Everyone should actually be able to do it. 🙂 He, too

Try this one
This didn't work for me as well, also I haven't shared my account with anyone of my friends.

I tried everything mentioned in that topic, and none of them worked.- x--Fusi--x4 years agoSeasoned Ace@DiYaRDJN Try uninstalling the game then perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once that is done reinstall the game and try again.

Believe me bro I've tried everything mentioned by you, the others, the Xbox support center too, but without any hope, thanks again.- x--Fusi--x4 years agoSeasoned Ace@DiYaRDJN I found that in microsoft forum
Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help troubleshoot the issue.
Please perform the following two solutions:
While the Xbox is on, go ahead and do a hard reset and power cycle to the console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds or until it shuts down. Once the Xbox is off, remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and wait 60 seconds before turning on the Xbox. Holding down the power button on the console to force a hard reset and then removing the power cable are both important steps.
If that doesn't help then you will need to try out a soft factory reset.
Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide.
Scroll to the right and select System > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have the correct account login information plus your Wi-Fi password ready if you connect wireless because you will need to re-add the accounts that were on the Xbox and re-connect to your network during the reset. - x--Fusi--x4 years agoSeasoned AceBut I also like your solution, playing BF1. 🙂
