What you could try is:
- Disable onboard videocontroler in the BIOS
- Run Windows update
- Use a driver cleaner to remove the program and reinstall once your system is clear of the earlier installation
- Update the AMD chipset software drivers
- Preform a cleanboot of the PC and try again

your motherboard has a b350 chipset. If the iGP is off that should not cause any trouble.
I read in some topics "Go in windows Device Manager and uninstall the Vega graphics APU so it won't interfere with your external gfx card. Very simple fix. Hope it does you any good.!
@xXIntrexXx for this to be final you need to change the bios to igp off? too bad drivers / systems are not smart enough to figure this out for themselves just yet.
