Thank you so much for taking the time to actually get back to me and give me some information. You have no idea how much I appreciate that after getting nothing for five days. I haven't broken any rules and I am sure this will get worked out.

Just wanted to follow up, looks like everything was cleared up today and my account is ready to roll. I was freaking out because didn't know what was going on, you letting me know someone was looking into the issue put me at ease and today it was all cleared.
lol sorry im babbling.
Just wanted to let you know I am all set and wanted to say thank you one last time, I know it might not seem like a big deal but your help and looking into the issue and just that small update was really meant a lot.
