01-Disable the overlay by deleting or renaming 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\igo64.dll'
02-disable Steam overlay
03-disable overlay discord

Somethings I could point out that maybe prone to misunderstanding.
There are two places to disable origin ingame overlay, one is in the settings of origin the other is in the game settings when you right click the title.
^ This setting overrides the Origin settings and needs to be disabled.
Another thing is to turn off sticky keys in the keyboard settings of the OS.
