  • @SharpGoblin Hey man I am trying to do the same, I’m on ps4 and sometimes ea help says they have fixed it, when nothing happens or they don’t respond

    I don't remember where I read this, but I have in mind that the responsetimes might be up to 3 days.

    If an issue has not been resolved but your case was closed, I'd guess it would be worth opening a new case.

    Hi @yetimonster123 If the case has the resolved status, the missing item may be in the Armory for you to claim.

    If it's not and doesn't appear over the coming days, it wouldn't hurt to open a new case with EA Help.
