- So all other sounds works fine also in other games?
- Have you tried uninstalling the realtek driver manually and install the latest from realtek?
- Also maybe as test remove the username\documents\battlefield v\settings folder before stating the game once?
- Check what sound output is selected in windows audio manager
- try troubleshooting the audio
