Thanks for your bug report. Can you let us know if you ever had any other accounts on your Xbox that shared the game from your main account that you are now trying to play on, and if yes, if they ever had an EA Access subscription active?

    No. I own the game on this xbox and never game shared with anyone. My account is the only account on the xbox.

    @EA_Demz I have never had EA access and never game shared. I uninstalled the game and went to reinstall and it says I need to purchase the game.

     Not sure how it works on Xbox, but there is an option on the PS4 to "restore license".
    If there is an option like that on the Xbox, I would suggest doing that.

    I just did a google search, and I guess the Xbox does not have that feature.

    You just go to your account slash subscriptions go to eaplay and then go to the no thanks option and go back to your game. Figured it out
