Hey @Anonymous for issues such as this on Xbox the best thing to do is to speak with Xbox support and explain the situation to them.

They should be able to assist with this and get it sorted, it may mean that they need to remove your purchased version of the game and add it again.

If Xbox continues to be unable to support you then please speak with our live support again and explain the situation in detail to them.
