Recon Maestry Assignment

Hi, I wanted to report this problem that happened to me almost 2 years ago on battlefield 5, when I reached level 20 on the recon I didn't get the mastery assignment that allows me to unlock 2 skins for it, do you know if it's a solvable problem ?, please inform me.

    Hello @War_Bounty,

    To receive the missing item you will have to contact EA support, they are the only ones able to help you. Just make sure you explain your situation in detail and they will help you out.

    Do you know if players that had my same issue maneged to have the rewards after EA support helped them?

    @War_Bounty,

    Yes, I had the same issue with all of the 4 classes. I had to contact EA support 4 different times to get the rewards. Worked perfectly every single time.
