Selbstlader 1906 does not spot enemy when hit

Summarize your bug Selbstlader 1906 does not spot enemies when hit … other Recon weapons work fine.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play as Recon. Equip Selbstadler 1906. Shoot enemy. Enemy is not spotted.
What happens when the bug occurs? Enemy is not spotted.
What should be happening instead? Enemy should be spotted when shot.

The new Selbstlader 1906 will not spot an enemy when shot … switched to ZH-29 and spotted normally when shot.  Also bolt actions (multiple) spot enemy when shot.

    I can confirm this on PC as well. Just realized something was a bit off when I got it and realize it wasn't working with the spot spec.

    Beating a dead horse, but i have this issue on ps4. It's just this gun as far as i can tell. All the other rifles and sidearms spot, but for whatever reason the 1906 doesn't.

    I'm also experiencing this issue on PC with the Selbstlader 1906.

    The EAGLE EYED TRAIT ("You spot enemies when you shoot them") for the SNIPER COMBAT ROLE is not working.

    All other weapons I have tried behave as expected. The trait only seems disabled for this new item.

    Same on PC.

    Any admin or anyone know if is it a bug? When it will be fixed?

    Me too on PC. DICE, when will you fix this, does not seem that big of a bug… But it is annoying as *.

    Still hits from Selbstlader 1906 Rifle with Sniper Role do not spot enemies.
