Had problems with the exact same things as other people in this forum describes! But i also have noticed i have very bad and almost none existent internet connection from time to time on some days! I have tried trouble shooting my PC and my internet and everything in between but I've come to the conclusion it's nothing wrong on my end after all these endless hours of thinking so and getting upset over it! Me and the friends group i play with and my platoon all experience the same thing and it's very frustrating to the point where it is barely playable. I really doubt anything will be solved or helped with this sort of issue but i rather step on a Lego on a cold night then moving to play another half finished game that also lacks big problems and issues as BF6 does!
