We don't have new updates to share on this at the moment, but adding these current video clips is much appreciated as the team continues investigating.
After two weeks of being unable to play because the game was losing connection to EA servers 5 minutes after opening despite my Internet connection being perfectly stable, today I was finally able to play again—even though I made no changes on my end, and this was hours before the anti-cheat update that just went live so it's not even related to that. I guess I should thank whoever unplugged and replugged the EA servers yesterday.
Anyway, just now I hopped through every full or nearly-full European PC server and the result was 22 lobbies with the stutters bug and 2 without it. 22 to 2. 90% of servers were bugged.
We're a month and a half into this and we're now at three weeks without any communications. Could we please get an update of any kind? Is EA still looking into this problem? Has the cause been identified?
