Special assignment, medic level 20

Hi, I recently finished my medic class and I got to level 20. When you get to level 20 you were supposed to get the Thompson and a medic mastery one. I bought the deluxe pack, and already have the gun but when I got to level 20 on medic I was not able to get my medic mastery, special assignment. Please help!

    Hey @Lego_JLSKQ, first try power cycling your equipment with the following steps --unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes, plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely and then plug in your console and start it up.

    If that doesn't work, play another full round start to finish - if that doesn't work try playing a round of Combined Arms; this isn't super reliable but people have mentioned success.

    If all that doesn't work you might need to contact an EA Game Advisor for more assistance in the matter.

    It didn’t work… first off, my mom got a new router and she plugged it in as I was playing and I wasn’t able to play for a good 10 minutes so I shut off my consul. So far that hasn’t worked but I’ve been leveling up my recon class and,  to do that you have to play games. So I’ve been playing a lot of games and I’ve kept checking and it still wasn’t working. I also tried combined arms To get more company coins. I’ve also made two cases to EA help/contact us and both cases were closed with no response and no level 20 assignment. Do you know any other ways that I can try because so far none of the ways that everyone keeps talking about work…

    @Lego_JLSKQ You'd need to persevere with EA Help if the other workarounds aren't helping.

    Open a new ticket (don't open multiple ones in case they're treated as spam) and ask them for further help.
