@thaniall Raise it with customer services. They should award it to you. I doubt you will get any compensation though.

@ElliotLH I did however they said they couldn't do anything on their end do they sent me here.

    @thaniall They were incorrect and probably should not have directed you here. If it were me I would go back to them and firmly but politely ask them for assistance again, and escalate the issue to a higher tier if necessary.
