STILL Unable to Unlock Weapons???

    @trufflesRgood The problem seems to be, that you only mentioned the one missing item as an example, when you contacted the support. When I had the problem a very long time ago, I had to list every single item and assingment, that was missing. For some reason they can only add things manually and they don´t check on what you should have.
    Go through your account and write down every single thing you are missing and contact support again.

You have two options try to level up to see if that helps or contact EA Support on the issue. @trufflesRgood

    @EA_Atic The thing is, I already HAVE contacted EA support and they can't fix it. I also have tried leveling up, and that doesn't work either.
