@msob2nd FYI in case you don't already know they get up there by driving up some covered crates on the side of the hanger. All Dice need to do is either remove the crates or simply mark the roof as out of bounds, like the peaks of most of the mountains on Fjell.
Actually this is a typical only in Battlefield Moment. :D
I should be really easy to fix, yet again I don´t really see a big problem with this. Up there the tank has pretty much no cover and it should be very easy to destroy it. Change to Assault and get that "roofcamper" :D
