The ban history records on the EA official website are not displayed.
Why isn't the ban history showing up? I thought my ban had been lifted, but I still can't log into the game.

On the EA official website, I want to check my ban history because my Battlefield V account was banned, and I intend to appeal. However, my ban history is blank, showing "no bans". Is this a bug? If it's not a bug, then since my ban has been lifted, why can't I log into Battlefield V?
