I am confident that all assignment have been completed(ASSAULT PROFICIENCY I,II,III,ASSAULT MASTERY I,II,III, MEDIC PROFICIENCY I,II,III, MEDIC MSATERY I,II,III,
SUPPORT PROFICIENCY I,II,III,SUPPORT MASTERY I,II,III, RECON PROFICIENCY I,II,III,RECON MASTERY I,II,III).

@Stingray_LM72 Missing items can't be provided through these forums unfortunately, so the agent should not have directed you here. You'll need to try again with EA Help I'm afraid.
