unable to connect to BF5 multiplayer servers

Question

I am unable to connect to BF5 multiplayer servers, always getting "Connection to EA online timed out. Your network bandwidth and/or network latency may not meet the requirements for this game"

I am able to play BF1 without any problem, have 100 / 15mb, ping to the servers is 90-100ms. testing with BFV server ping - GameServerPing.com for a few minutes it is stable between 90-110, max 120. I have fiber connection and wired connection to my PC. reinstalling windows doesn't help. using Win10 1909

i7 8700k

gigabyte z370 HD3

16GB 3200

2080ti

@EA_Barryalready testes this, didnt help, all pings show ok on the game. UOTrace, speedtest. thats why i am not sure whats going on
