Unable to deploy - game says deploy point is not availabe

Summarize your bug When playing TDM, the game sometimes does not allow you to spawn using the random deploy point. For instance, when everyone in your squad is killed and you just want to spawn anywhere on the map, the game will tell you the following: "The deploy point you selected is no longer available". The only option is to wait for one of your squad members to spawn so you can deploy on them instead. Even when your squad members spawn and you can see them running around on the map, the issue will not go away. You are then forced to deploy on a squad member. I have this in every TDM match, at least 2 or 3 times in every round. This is less noticeable and less irritating in other modes since you are able to deploy on captured flags instead. It's very annoying in TDM since you don't have any options to deploy when your squad has been wiped. I have not found a workaround for this yet.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You'd have to play the game I guess. This is most noticeable in TDM so best to try it there.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't deploy and have to wait. If you are lucky, not more than 10 seconds but I have also waited 20/30 seconds as well. There is also no other options but to deploy on your squad members.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to deploy in a safe area (away from the enemy).
In the screenshots, you can see that my squad has been wiped and I have selected to spawn in a random area. But the game won't let me spawn because apparently the spawn point I have selected is not available. This message should only be shown when you are trying to spawn on a flag that was just captured by the enemy team, not on the only point you can select in TDM.
