Unable to purchase elite in Battlefield 5 with boins

I am unable to purchase any battlefield elite skins with my boins and I have enough.  What's the deal?

    I found out what is going on.  I had to claim stuff in my armory.

@Raven3356 What exactly is happening when you are trying to buy a skin? And just for clarification: could you possibly mix the two ingame currencies up?
